    缅甸民族民主同盟军收到参加第三届21世纪彬龙大会的邀请函

     联邦和平大会-第三届21世纪彬龙大会

要求各个代表必须尊重的规定

1、大会代表必须在规定时间内前来参加会议，并要求全程参加。

2、加入会场后，把手机关机或调到静音模式。

3、大会代表互相都必须一视同仁。

4、大会代表都应该互相尊重，有人在讲话讨论时，不能插断，不能对他人进行语言攻击。

5、每个代表一次只有5分钟的发言讨论时间。

6、代表们只能讨论UPDJC（联邦和平协商委员会）向大会呈上的内容。

7、代表们在没有大会主席的同意下，不能进行录音和录像。

8、代表们在大会上或其他会议上如果有要发放的文件，请通过联邦和平协商委员会秘书组。

9、代表们如果有自己要讨论协商的内容，请提前联系UPDJC秘书组。

10、代表们在大会或其他会议上，请不要做出有失身份的行为。

11、代表们不能利用此次大会谋求自身利益，不能用经济或其他方式贿赂他人。

12、要求所有代表全程参加大会，直至大会结束。

    缅甸民族民主同盟军已于7月3日晚收到来自缅甸政府UPDJC（联邦和平协商委员会）主席昂山素季的邀请函。邀请缅甸民族民主同盟军于2018年7月11日至16日举行的第三届21世纪彬龙大会。缅北七家民族武装均相继收到缅甸政府方面的邀请。缅甸政府还通过中国大使馆邀请了代表缅北七家民族武装的联邦政治谈判协商委员会（FPNCC）出席第三届21世纪彬龙大会。

邀请函明确表面，受邀请的民族武装代表允许参加小组讨论，并可以在会上发言。缅甸民族民主同盟军代表遵守大会各项规定，已做好参会准备。联邦政治谈判协商委员会（FPNCC）将会代表缅北各民族武装在大会上进行发言。

缅甸民族民主同盟军在缅甸民族正义党的领导下，长期以来致力于谋求缅北的和平，并作出了不懈的努力。我们希望通过政治协商会议谈判的方式，解决所有民族矛盾和争端，争取各民族相互包容，各民族一律平等，迎接缅北和平的曙光，为果敢民族的和平和发展贡献力量。

Federal Peace Congress-the requirement that delegates must respect the third Binglong Congress of the 21st Century. 1. Representatives may not make sound or video recordings without the consent of the President of the General Assembly. 8. Delegates, if they have documents to be issued at the General Assembly or at other meetings, are requested to adopt the Group of Secretaries of the Federal Peace Consultative Council. 9. If delegates have their own discussions, please contact the UPDJC Secretariat in advance. Delegates in the General Assembly or other meetings, please do not act disgraced. 11. Delegates cannot use the Congress to pursue their own interests or bribe others economically or otherwise. 12. All delegates are required to participate throughout the Congress until the conclusion of the Congress. The Myanmar National Democratic Alliance (NLD) received an invitation from the Chairman of the Government of Myanmar (UPDJC), the Union Peace Consultative Council (UCPAC), on the evening of 3 July. Invites the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance to hold the third Binglong Conference of the 21st Century to be held from 11 to 16 July 2018. The seven ethnic armed groups in northern Myanmar have received invitations from the Myanmar government one after another. Through the Chinese Embassy, the Myanmar government also invited the Union political negotiation Consultative Committee (FPNCC), which represents the armed forces of the seven ethnic groups in the north of Myanmar, to attend the third Binglong Conference in the 21st Century. The letter of invitation was clear on the surface, the invited representatives of the armed ethnic groups were allowed to participate in the panel discussions to make statements at the meeting. Representatives of the Myanmar National League for Democracy Army complied with the provisions of the General Assembly were ready to participate. The Federal political negotiation Consultative Commission (FPNCC) will address the conference on behalf of ethnic groups in the north of Myanmar. Under the leadership of the Myanmar National Justice Party (NJP), the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance (NCD) has long been committed to the search for peace in the north of the country, has made unremitting efforts. We hope to resolve all ethnic contradictions disputes through negotiations at the political Consultative Conference, strive for mutual tolerance among all ethnic groups, equality among all ethnic groups, welcome the dawn of peace in the north of Myanmar, contribute to the peace development of the Kokang people.
