    全球华人同胞、所有支持和关心果敢民族革命正义事业的朋友们、各民族革命武装组织盟友们、果敢父老乡亲兄弟姐妹们、正义党同志、同盟军全体官兵及军属烈属： 

      大家新年好！

      爆竹除岁，春风送暖。一年一度的华夏民族新春佳节神采奕奕地向我们走来！新年的钟声即将敲响之际，我谨代表果敢人民并以缅甸民族正义党中央总书记的名义，给大家拜年啦！

      去年，我党我军秉持国家和平的大政治理念，坚定正确的政治方向，坚持和平总路线不动摇，坚决响应中国政府的“劝和促谈”方针，以坚如磐石的政治定力排除各种诱惑与干扰，顶住巨大压力并克服重重困难，紧密团结各民族革命组织共同奋斗，促使缅甸的和平进程又大大的向前迈进了一步。事实证明，我党是一个经得起政治考验的政党，而且未来必将证明，正义党是一个完全经得起历史考验的政党！正义党不仅尊重历史，而且顺应世界潮流。

      我们的政治理念是和平与发展，这也是世界潮流。和平是发展的前提和基础，发展是和平的初衷和目的。果敢人民向来热爱和平、重视发展，即使在面临战争威胁的时候，迫于自卫反击，正是同盟军不惜任何代价也要维护和平的精神体现。近几十年来，果敢民族正是在“和平与发展”这个政治理念的引领下坚韧不拔地走到了今天。

      联邦政治谈判协商委员会（FPNCC）的根本宗旨，就是主张用和平对话的方式解决民族矛盾。作为FPNCC的成员，我们始终遵循FPNCC的政治主张并与之保持高度一致，共同进退。

      缅甸的和平路线已经十分明确，就是在充分尊重历史、深刻反思历史、切合基本国情并揆度现实政治的前提下，按照“彬龙协议”的基本精神，贯彻各民族一律平等和民族区域高度自治的基本方针，建立一个真正意义上的民主联邦制国家。在此基础上，发挥缅甸得天独厚的地理和资源优势，实现国家繁荣昌盛、人民富裕幸福的根本目标。可以断言，这是缅甸迎来国家和平、追求发展进步唯一正确的政治路线。所以，必须坚决贯彻执行两个最高原则，一是把全面熄战作为长久国策而非权宜之计；二是全国实行政治协商和平谈判。在果敢民族革命事业征程上，在缅甸和平进程中，正义党同盟军一直沿着这条政治路线走过来，并且我们仍将坚定不移地走下去。

      借此机会，特别向支持缅甸国家和平的中国政府致谢！向携手前行团结奋斗的盟友致谢！向支持果敢民族革命事业的华人同胞和国际友人致谢！向为民族革命事业默默奉献的正义党同仁及同盟军官兵家属烈属致谢！

      新的一年将是缅甸国家和平迈向成功最关键的一年。正义党中央将一如既往紧紧围绕国家和平大局，准确把握国际国内政治维度，同时在思想、政治和军事上切实做好应对各种风云变幻的充分准备，团结带领果敢人民与各民族革命组织并肩携手、精诚合作，同一切爱好和平的政治力量相向而行；同一切破坏和平的反动势力作坚决斗争！以必胜信念和昂扬斗志把国家和平与民族革命正义事业继续推向前进！

农历新年是我们华夏儿女特有的传统佳节，在这个举世同欢辞旧迎新的美好日子里，果敢儿女怀着深厚的同胞情谊，衷心祝愿每一个华夏同胞新年快乐、万事如意！

   Global Chinese compatriots, all friends who support care for the just cause of the Kokang National Revolution, 

   Allies of the National Revolutionary Armed organizations, Kokang brothers sisters, comrades of the Justice Party, all officers men of the Allied Forces, martyrs of the armed forces: happy New year, everyone! Except for the age of firecrackers, the spring breeze warms. The annual Chinese New year is coming to us brightly! As the bell of the New year is about to ring, on behalf of the Kokang people in the name of the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Myanmar National Justice Party, I would like to pay New year's greetings to all of you! Last year, our party our army adhered to the great political concept of national peace, firmly correctly pursued the political direction, unswervingly adhered to the general line of peace, resolutely responded to the Chinese Government's principle of "persuading peace promoting talks." With rock-solid political determination to eliminate all kinds of temptations interference, resist great pressure overcome many difficulties, closely unite the national revolutionary organizations to work together, promote the peace process in Myanmar to take a big step forward. Facts have proved that our party is a political party that can stthe political test, the future will certainly prove that the Justice Party is a party that can completely stthe test of history! The Justice Party not only respects history, but also conforms to the trend of the world. Our political philosophy is peace development, which is also the trend of the world. Peace is the premise foundation of development, development is the original intention purpose of peace. The Kokang people have always loved peace attached importance to development. even in the face of the threat of war, they are forced to fight back in self-defense, which is the spirit of the allies to maintain peace at all costs. In recent decades, it is under the guidance of the political concept of "peace development" that the Kokang nation has come to this day with perseverance. The fundamental purpose of the Federal Consultative Committee for political negotiations (FPNCC) is to advocate the resolution of ethnic contradictions by means of peaceful dialogue. As members of the FPNCC, we have always followed been highly consistent with the political views of the FPNCC, moving forward backward together. The peace line in Myanmar is already very clear, that is, on the premise of full respect for history, profound reflection on history, adaptation to basic national conditions realistic politics, in accordance with the basic spirit of the Binlong Agreement, We will implement the basic principle of equality among all ethnic groups a high degree of regional autonomy for ethnic groups establish a truly democratic federal state. On this basis, Myanmar should give full play to its unique geographical resource advantages achieve the fundamental goal of national prosperity people's prosperity happiness. It can be asserted that this is the only correct political line for Myanmar to usher in national peace pursue development progress. Therefore, we must resolutely implement the two supreme principles, one is to regard the complete cessation of war as a long-term national policy rather than a stopgap measure, the other is to carry out political consultations peace negotiations throughout the country. In the course of the Kokang national revolution, in the Myanmar peace process, the AKP allies have been following this political line, we will continue unswervingly. I would like to take this opportunity to pay special tribute to the Chinese Government, which supports peace in Myanmar. Thank you to the allies who work hin hto unite struggle! Thank you to the Chinese compatriots international friends who supported the cause of the Kokang national revolution! I would like to thank my colleagues in the Justice Party the families of officers soldiers of the Allied Forces for their silent dedication to the cause of the national revolution! The new year will be the most critical year for Myanmar's national peace to succeed. The Justice Party Central Committee will, as always, closely focus on the overall situation of national peace, accurately grasp the international domestic political dimensions, at the same time make full ideological, political, military preparations to deal with all kinds of changes. To unite lead the Kokang people to work hin hin good faith with the revolutionary organizations of all ethnic groups to work hin hwith all peace-loving political forces; Waging a resolute struggle against all reactionary forces that undermine the peace! We will continue to push forward the just cause of national peace national revolution with the belief of victory the high spirit of struggle! Comrades, compatriots, friends: the Lunar New year is a unique traditional festival for our Chinese children. in this beautiful day when the whole world welcomes the old welcomes the new, the bold children have a deep sense of Brotherhood.
