    上周，缅军发言人在内比都战争博物馆举办的发布会上声称，各大军区查获的毒品市价达到了2800亿缅币。并且煞有介事的指责民族武装包庇了制毒、贩毒产业链，甚至于把正常的军事行动看作是对缅军禁毒行动的报复。

     发言人语音未落，驻扎在撣邦东枝的缅军缉毒队非常争气，在短短一天之内查获了两起毒品贩运案件，缴获超过22000颗麻古；与此同时，在曼德勒昂密达山镇区的公路上，也查获了超过10000颗麻古。

   先姑且不论缅军为什么越俎代庖去抢警察禁毒、打击制毒贩毒的工作。单就从查获毒品案件的地域来看（数据来源于见诸报端的报道），所有大宗毒品的生产与贩运，无一例外的都是来自于缅军控制区。

   比如7月的时候，在短短一周之内，德林达依省缴获价值超过11亿缅币的毒品，木姐查获的毒品和相关制毒器材，其市场价值更是达到了惊人的160亿缅币。

   其中德林达依省远离民族争端地区，相信缅军发言人不会把这些和民族武装扯上关系。而大型制毒工厂能够安然藏身于木姐镇区，臭气熏天影响附近居民的正常生活，路人无不掩鼻而过，敢怒而不敢言；直至臭名远扬，在临近的大国一再要求，严厉督促之下终于被查处，就不得不让人多多少少产生一些遐想啊！

   每一个正常的人都会对毒品深恶痛绝，因为它的危害触目惊心。在过去的20多年中，缅北地区的民族武装和自治政府，在打击制毒贩毒和罂粟的替代种植方面取得的成就举世公认。

    就在缅军发言人召开发布会之前几天，佤邦171军区打掉了一个武装贩毒集团共缴获毒品安非他命480万粒，各类枪支共16支、子弹40发，击毙毒贩7名，俘虏毒贩9名。

  最近几年来，在缅军的实际控制区制毒贩毒屡见不鲜，毒品有如洪水猛兽，泛滥成灾。不单单毒害了民族地区年轻一代的身体，更败坏了当地一直以来善良淳朴的民风、世代相传勤劳致富的优良传统。
