缅 方并未接受和按北方政治联盟的立场和要求召开本次彬龙会议

   据今日消息：本次彬龙会议将于7月11日召开，缅方要求克钦方、佤邦代表、四特代表，北掸邦，可以观察员的身份参加。果敢、德昂、若、若开还未定？不知他们又在耍什么阴谋？外界有各种不同的看法猜测。

     虽然说；坚持全包容这是中方和缅北7家政治联盟FPNCC（联邦政治协商委员会）共同的态度和立场，并且，中方也一直做缅方的工作。但是，并非是否有效还未知。

   “FPNCC”的组织中的原则不是有一条“同进退”，现面临了关键时刻，就看联盟领导们的决心了！和如何对应？

   缅利用彬龙会议的手段和形式在分化瓦解民族联盟成员的结构，不同的对待民族联盟成员，产生不同的意见，孤独分离打压一部分，拉拢优待一部分的八卦阵布局调整对付民族联盟力量。如果，不去参会就开始可以认为在抵住和平进程，参会就要分离和打破联盟成员之间的承诺。

   也就是要联盟成员在解除联盟成员之间的承诺，更直接说，就是解除政治联盟FPNCC的条件和原则下参与彬龙会议，这就是缅方的底线。
