克钦独立组织与缅方将谈判签订双边停火协议

   4月30日约定在木姐的谈判中，不讨论全国停火协议，而是初步的双边停火协议。

   目前克钦在争取民众代表的意见，是否接受缅方的双边停火协议。在全国停火协议之前双方初步的达成共识签订双边停火协议。

   民众提出是否符合和有利益北方联盟的军事和政治上的战略合作。因为缅甸军队不会停止对北方联军若开王国（若开邦）若开民族军队的进攻。克钦单方面与缅方签订双边停火协议，缅甸军队会集中兵力加大力度的打击若开国若开军队，这是分离北方联盟的军事力量。

    但是，从克钦独立组织的利益出发，克钦军队长期以来的抵抗对克钦邦的发展壮大造成阻碍。克钦要停止抵抗，腾出时间和发展壮大的空间。

   双边的合作利益大于相互对抗  ，和平发展才利益克钦邦的人民，促进和平进程和缅甸联邦主权的统一。

    The Kachin Independence Organization the Myanmar side will negotiate a bilateral ceasefire agreement

   On April 30th, it was agreed that during the negotiations of Mu Jie, the National ceasefire agreement would not be discussed, but the preliminary bilateral ceasefire agreement.

    At present, Kachin is seeking the opinion of the people's representatives on whether to accept the bilateral ceasefire agreement between Myanmar . Before the National ceasefire agreement, the two sides initially reached a consensus to sign a bilateral stop.

     The public asked whether it was in line with the strategic cooperation of the Northern Alliance. Because the Burmese army will not stop attacking the northern coalition forces the ruhkain army. Kachin unilaterally signed a bilateral ceasefire agreement with Myanmar. 

   The Burmese army will concentrate on strengthening its efforts to crack down on the military forces if the founding of the country is to separate the military forces of the Northern Alliance.

    However, in the interests of the Kachin Independence Organization, the long-standing resistance of the Kachin Army has hindered the development growth of Kachin State. Kachin wants to stop resisting, making time space for growth.

     The interests of bilateral cooperation are greater than mutual confrontation, peaceful development benefits the people of Kachin State, promoting the peace process the reunification of the sovereignty of the Union of Myanmar.
