The Kachin Independence Organization the Myanmar side will negotiate a bilateral ceasefire agreement
On April 30th, it was agreed that during the negotiations of Mu Jie, the National ceasefire agreement would not be discussed, but the preliminary bilateral ceasefire agreement.
At present, Kachin is seeking the opinion of the people's representatives on whether to accept the bilateral ceasefire agreement between Myanmar . Before the National ceasefire agreement, the two sides initially reached a consensus to sign a bilateral stop.
The public asked whether it was in line with the strategic cooperation of the Northern Alliance. Because the Burmese army will not stop attacking the northern coalition forces the ruhkain army. Kachin unilaterally signed a bilateral ceasefire agreement with Myanmar.
