克缅达成双边停火共识
今日在木姐由景颇大地北方联盟组织成员，果敢特区代表，德昂特区代表，若开邦代表，佤特区代表参与的克缅双边停火谈判，与缅甸联邦政府代表缅甸民族和解和平中心(NRCP)就签订双边停火协议已经达成共识。
会议结果达成一致的以下共识:
对于签订双边停火协议（cf）达成共识。
在停火后，对于安置战争难民安全的返回家园，由缅甸当局政府负责与配合援救组织（EAO）安置重建难民的居住房屋和家园。达成共识。
继续协商推进NCA全国停火协议中需要解决的具体问题。达成一致。
对于北方联盟4个组织代表共同提出的和平谈判条款的谈判，一步步的推进协商。与缅方达成共识。
针对推进双边停火协议，双方同意约定在五月20号前后将继续进行会晤。
