恩板腊主席向民众解说停火协议

   4月30日克钦独立组织中央委员会主席（总书记）恩板腊举行民众大会，解释停火协议。希望民众能够理解克钦独立组织与缅方决定签订停火协议的决策。希望民众能够正确理解和相信克钦独立组织中央委员会所做的停火协议是正确的决策，对于我们克钦民族命运和前途来说。     

     这是根据目前的政治和军事形势所做出的决策，从各个方面考虑一下，理解我们的决定。并希望民众和克钦独立组织团结一致，继续携手并肩共进在通往胜利成功的道路上。

    Chairman, Central Committee, Kachin Independence Organization Nbanla explained the ceasefire agreement to the people.on 30 May

    Nbanla hopes to be able to decide on the decision of Independent organization Myanmar to sign a ceasefire agreement. It is hoped that the people will correctly understbelieve that the ceasefire agreement made by the Central Committee of the Kachin Independence Organization is the correct decision for the fate future of our Kachin nation. 

    This is a decision based on the current political military situation. Consider all aspects understour decision. 

    It also hopes that the people the Kachin Independence Organization will unite continue to work hin hand. On the road to victory success.
