干双在担任第二副主席时在军民大会上演讲（2013年）

        讲话内容:

     我们争取我们所应得的权利，因为没有争取到，所以我们通过武装斗争的方式来争取。当我们通过武装斗争争取的时候，称呼我们为坏人，分裂国家的人，畜生等，他们全副武装来打压我们，把我们当作他们的缅军营的一部分来打压我们，发起武装斗争，这是一种战争方式。这种战争是通过穿戴军装来进行正面的斗争。我们想要争取的是曾经在巴勒曼协定的邦隆协议里所协定的互相遵守诺言的协议。因为对方没有遵守这个协议，所以我们才采取战争方式。这个是非争取不可的，我们希望都能遵守邦隆协议，因为你们破坏了这个联邦制，所以希望我们来共同修正。但是，他没有这样想，反咬我们，说才是破坏联邦，通过战争打破和平的一方。 在平常，家里面的狗偷吃家里的东西，被主人看到还会反过来对主人哼哼，狗来偷吃东西，被赶跑后反过来吼叫，这个就叫做反咬一口，缅族就像这样，缅军就在做这样的事情。让我们像邦隆协定一样，通过联邦制来共同统治国家。邦隆协议是为了修正1947年的宪法而协商的，而在那之后，他自己是反咬的狗，又来把我们当作反咬的狗。所以在我们的谚语里就有，狗在屋里，而主人却在屋外，变成了这样。这个就像刚才所说的，他们计划着让我们抵挡不住的战争方式，这是第一个方面。 

    在第二个方面，他们又准备让我们人数减少，让我们变愚昧无知，让我们变成小民族，从而在进行冷暴力，安静的战争。他们想要用毒品烟酒更深入的瓦解我们，压垮我们，让我们变麻醉，最后消灭我们。在他们用毒品烟酒来瓦解我们的时候，很多人都陷入了他们的陷阱计划中。在面对面的战争中，我们没有失败,从去年的12月14日到1月26日,我们让出了卡丫崩这个地方来供两方打仗。战争总共持续了一个月零13天，在这场战争中，他们的士兵当中，逃跑的，生病的，死亡的要比我们这边的多出五六十倍。由此看来，在打仗的时候我们没有失败，但是在冷战争中，无论是我们的公务员，人民，大学生都陷入了他们的不出声的战争中，失去了许多抗争力量。为什么会这样，就是中了缅军的陷阱。今天在座的各位当中，肯定也有经历过缅军的陷阱子弹而留有伤口的人。但是，现在还有许多好了伤疤忘了疼的人，依旧深陷他们的陷阱当中。所以，我想在这里提醒各位。在这次的战争中，我们要坚持我们的胜利就是耶和华上帝，求靠主耶稣基督，然后寻找胜利的道路。为了让我们的未来更好，我们坚持努力五十年，但是没有成功，反而更走向黑暗。我们文邦民族在七位领导的不同领导下逐渐分解分裂，大家都失望了，对于克钦军营也已失望透顶。现在的领导被群众唾骂，因为他们对于前辈所辛苦打下的江山，今天接手以后没有好好传承管理，也有很多次被指责想要将领土拱手相让。我们的民众已经失望到没有信心再相信了。我们慢慢的走出低谷，完全是因为上帝的恩赐，而不是因为我们的能力，我们需要承认这一点。我们因为战争分散的同胞，又全部团结在一起，共同举起团结的武器，又恢复信心，这些都是上帝的祝福。那到底有多团结呢？团结到被夸奖的程度，团结到只要一提起团结就会想到我们克钦民族的程度。从之前被唾骂的军队又变成了一支被赞扬的军队，英雄的军队。我们民族也万众一心团结在一起。不仅只是我们缅甸内部的克钦，世界各地的克钦同胞都在竭尽全力的神奇的团结在一起。讲到这些就需要讲很长时间，在这里就不一一敍述了。但是我们还是蒙主祝福的民族，我们要坚信胜利就是耶和华上帝，我们把我们前行的道路交托在上帝手中，然后我们现在所处的战争就都不能称之为战争了。我们的耶和华上帝就看做是我们的胜利，不只是拥有战斗武器，连内心武器，灵魂武器也都拥有了，这些都是因为上帝的祝福，今天我们要记得这些。我们求靠耶和华上帝，如果我们配得到这样的恩赐，我们就一定会得到。上帝就是万能的。从凡人的眼中来看缅军，只能看到缅军的厉害，但是，上帝的做工跟这个没有关系。从我们的角度看，我们不能胜过缅军。但是，上帝不能做到的事情又有什么呢？我们坚信全能的上帝能够帮助我们，坚信上帝就是我们的胜利。但是今天在我们的民族当中，就像我们公务员们从深陷在缅军的无声的战斗中，从恶魔撒旦的魔爪中解放出来一样，我们的人民群众也要解放出来。这样我们才会变成堂堂正正的人。如果我们没有从毒品试探中解放出来会变成什么样呢？会有家庭妻离子散，会失去家庭，也会远离上帝。毒品烟酒会给人们带来什么呢？是会让脑袋变更好吗？是会让男人更有男人力吗？是会让人变更漂亮吗？让我们都来问问看，它什么都不是，连零都不是，只能算在零之下。我们为什么要站立在像这样的魔鬼撒旦的脚印中，难道要因为别的民族也在吃喝，所以就觉得无所谓，要人云亦云的跟随吗？这样不可以。我们民族不是人口多的民族，我们民族人口还非常少。我们人口已经很少了，我们不能再越来越少，也不能再做让人口减少的事情了。我们的信仰只对我们民族诉说，不说别的民族，只单单来看我们民族的信仰，大概有百分之九十多都是认识上帝，信靠上帝的人。因此在去年恩贝牧师的讲道中也提到了，我们要做圣洁的民族，不要做身体的奴隶，我们要成为上帝的礼拜圣殿，我们的灵魂也要是圣洁的灵魂，我们是需要这样生活的人。当我们遵照圣意这样生活，上帝的祝福会比我们所预想的还要多出很多倍。到时候我们不仅仅会取得战争的胜利，也许还会将统领世界的全力也交托给我们。不要不相信这个，我非常坚信，上帝不能做的事有什么？昨天我和教会牧师们聊天，我们民族是为创造万事万物的上帝取名潘瓦宁桑，哲瓦宁将的特别的民族。其他人不会取这样的名字，我们取的这个名字就是意义非常齐的名字。潘瓦宁桑，哲瓦宁将是指知道过去，又了解未来的全知全能的神。我认为我们民族在上帝面前是属于能够被承认的范围里的。在圣经中有写到上帝不承认的不喜欢的，像对于同性恋这样的人群，上帝会毁灭，会让他们一个不留，所以说我们民族是被上帝所承认所喜欢的民族，我们的身体是上帝的礼拜圣殿，耶稣在十字架上留下鲜血拯救我们，我们看到耶稣拯救了我们。在那之后，我们又再继续成为身体的奴隶。你吸食毒品三四年，一两年，你总有一天会组建家庭，你组建家庭的时候会生育儿孙，你的下一代脑袋会变愚钝，当把你的儿孙和别的不吸食毒品烟酒的后代相比，你的儿孙智力已经不如他们了。学习能力会很弱，考试会挂科，会无法实现心中的梦想，你将会生育这样的孩子，这些都是你的过错，你要怎么办？你的后代都将承受这样的后果，所以我们不要对这个无所谓，从今天开始我们要把毒品烟酒定为第一大敌。

Speaking at the civil-military convention while serving as second vice-chair (2013)

   Content: we fight for the rights we deserve, because we did not win them, so we fought through armed struggle. When we fought for it through armed struggle, we were called bad people, people who divided the country, animals, so on. They all armed themselves to suppress us use us as part of their military barracks in Burma to suppress us launch an armed struggle. It's a form of war. This is called the anti-bite. The Burmese people are like this. This is what the Burmese are doing. Let us rule together, as in the Bong agreements, through federalism. The Bong agreement was negotiated to amend the 1947 Constitution, since then he has been a self-biting dog, he has treated us as biters. So in our proverb, the dog is in the house, the owner is outside, this is the way it is. This, as I said, is the first aspect of their plan to make us irresistible in the way of war. On the second side, they are prepared to reduce our numbers, to make us ignorant, to make us small nations, to engage in cold, quiet wars. They want to use drugs, alcohol tobacco to further disintegrate us, crush us, let us become anesthetized, finally destroy us. When they used drugs, cigarettes alcohol to break us down, many people were caught in their trap. In the face to face war, we did not lose, from December 14 to January 26 last year, we gave up the place for both sides to fight. The war lasted a month 13 days, in this war there were five or sixty times more fleeing, sick dead soldiers than on our side. From this, we did not lose in the war, but in the cold war, whether our civil servants, people, college students have fallen into their silent war, lost a lot of resistance. However, there are still many good scars forget the pain, still trapped in their trap. So I would like to remind you here. In this war, we will insist that our victory is the Lord God, pray to the Lord Jesus Christ, then find a way to victory. In order to make our future better, we have been working hard for fifty years, but instead of success, we are more dark. Under the different leadership of the seven leaders, we, the Wenbang people, have gradually broken down divided. We have all been disappointed, we have also been extremely disappointed with the Kachin barracks. The present leaders were reviled by the masses because they had not inherited managed well since they took over from their predecessors had been accused many times of wanting to cede their territory to each other. Our people have been so disappointed that they have no confidence to believe any more. We slowly come out of the trough, because of God's gift, not because of our ability, we need to recognize this. It is God's blessing that we are all United because of the scattered people of the war, to raise the weapons of unity, to restore our faith. How United is it? solidarity to the point of praise, unity to the point of thinking of our Kachin nation when it comes to unity. From the army that had been reviled before, it became a laudable army, a heroic army. Our nation is United as one. It is not just our Kachin in Myanmar, but the Kachin compatriots around the world who are doing their best to be miraculously United. It will take a long time to talk about this, but not all of them here. But we are still blessed by the Lord, we must firmly believe that victory is the Lord God, we put our way forward in the hands of God, then we are in a war can not be called war. Our Lord God is seen as our victory, not just with the weapons of battle, but with the weapons of the heart, the weapons of the soul, all because of God's blessing, which we must remember today. We ask for the Lord God, if we deserve such a gift, we will certainly receive it. God is omnipotent. The Tatmadaw can only be seen in the eyes of mortals, but God's workmanship has nothing to do with it. From our point of view, we cannot beat the Tatmadaw. But what is there that God cannot do? we believe that God Almighty can help us that God is our victory. But today in our nation, just as our civil servants are liberated from the silent battle of the Tatmadaw from the devil's clutches, so will our people. So we can be decent people. What would we have become if we had not been liberated from drug temptation? there would have been families separated from children, families would have been lost, God would have been lost. What does alcohol tobacco give people? does it make your head change? does it make men more masculine? do you make people look beautiful? let's ask, it's nothing. It's not even zero. It's just below zero. Why do we stin the footsteps of Satan, the devil like this, because other nations are eating drinking, so we feel that it doesn't matter, that we should follow each other in the same way? this is not possible. Our nation is not a nation with a large population. Our national population is still very small. We have a small population, we can no longer be less less, nor can we do anything to reduce the population. Our faith only tells us to our nation, does not say any other nation, only comes to see our nation's faith, about more than 90% are the people who know God, believe in God. So it was mentioned in the sermon of Reverend Ember last year that we are to be a holy people, not a slave to the body, that we shall be the temple of worship of God, that our souls shall be holy souls, that we are those who need to live in this way. When we live by the will of God, the blessings of God are many times greater than we expected. Not only will we win the war, but we may also be entrusted with the power to lead the world. Do not fail to believe this, I am very convinced that what can not be done by God? yesterday I talked to the priests of the church, our nation is a special people named Panwanningham for God who created all things. Other people don't take names like that, the name we take is a very homogeneous name. Panvaningsan, Jawanin will be the all-knowing God who knows the past the future. I think that our nation is within the realm of recognition before God. In the Bible, it's written that God doesn't like people like homosexuality, that God will destroy them leave them alone, so we are a people that God recognizes loves. Our bodies are God's temple of worship. Jesus left blood on the cross to save us. We saw Jesus save us. After that, we continue to be slaves to the body. You take drugs for three or four years, a year or two, you will one day start a family, you will have children grandchildren when you start a family, your next generation will become dull, when you compare your children grandchildren with those who do not smoke drink, Your children grandchildren are not as intelligent as they are. The ability to learn will be very weak, the exam will fail, you will not realize the dream in your heart, you will have such a child, these are your fault, what will you do? So let's not be indifferent to this. From today on, we want to make drugs, alcohol tobacco the number one enemy.
